Most orders are shipped as parcels. All parcels we send include a tracking number. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a Track & Trace link, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.
Small and lightweight products may be shipped as letterbox mail. These shipments also include Track & Trace, so you can monitor the status of your order without needing to be at home for delivery.
Where available, you may choose to collect your order. You will receive a notification as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
