My payment has failed, what do I do?
It may happen that the payment fails. In that case, our payment provider
MultiSafepay will send you a reminder with a link to complete the
payment. Orders with an unsuccessful payment are automatically
cancelled.
When paying with Sofort, it may take 1-3 days for the payment to be processed.
Has the payment failed? Then you are advised to place a new order.
