Returns (Business)

As a business customer, we offer the option to return products within 30 days of receiving the order.

An order is considered a business order if a company name is specified in the billing address. You will then receive an invoice in the company name so that VAT can be reclaimed. However, this also means that the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply.

Conditions

  1. Within 30 days of delivery of the order, including (a copy of) the invoice.
  2. The product packaging must be unopened. Only completely unused products can be returned.
  3. The costs of returning the product are at your own expense.
  4. Administration and restocking costs (max. EUR 10.00 excl. VAT) may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  5. Our return form can be used to request a return.
