Not satisfied with your order? Our products are subject to a 30-day trial period. You can return your order (or part thereof) to us within 30 days of receipt if it is a consumer purchase. A number of conditions apply in order to make use of this arrangement.

Terms and conditions

1. Return within 30 days of delivery. Preferably return the product with the (copy of the) invoice.
   
2. The products must be packaged in the original packaging, if reasonably possible. You may view the product, but not use it.
   
3. Products that are damaged or used are not eligible for a full refund. If products are damaged/incomplete, we may deduct money for this. If they are unsaleable, this may even amount to a 100% reduction in value.
   
4. Unfortunately, we cannot take back products that you have soldered yourself or that have been customized.
   
5. The costs for returning the products are at your own expense (EUR 7.65 for a standard PostNL package within the Netherlands).
   
6. If you have gone beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products when assessing them, we may charge a reduction in value. This reduction in value can be up to 100%.
   

Refund

If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. If you only return part of your order, the delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be charged for the refund. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the products, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the products to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the products before the 14-day period has expired.

Depreciation

The Right of Withdrawal gives you the opportunity to have the product ‘on approval’ and to assess the product, just as you would in a store. To assess the Raspberry Pi, for example, it is not necessary to unpack all the accessories. Or, in the case of products such as breakout boards and sensors, to remove them from their packaging and solder/install them in order to assess their functionality. If such a product does not do what it is supposed to do, it is covered by the warranty (and not by the right of withdrawal). Using a product can result in a depreciation of up to 100% of the purchase price.
