I made a mistake in my address. What should I do?

If you have made a mistake in your address you need to contact us as soon as possible. Preferably do this by phone. We will ask you some questions about your order to make sure that you are the person who ordered it.

If the order has not yet been shipped we can correct the address for you.

If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can only wait until the order comes back to us. It is best to place a new order yourself to avoid delay. After we have received the return shipment it will be refunded to you.

Please note that we are not responsible if a shipment is lost due to an error you made in the address. If the shipment is not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
