Warranty Information

All items purchased from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it.Some pro

ducts also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.


If you have purchased an item from us that has become defective within the warranty period, you must submit a return request using our return form. Once the return has been registered, you will receive return instructions for your situation, including an RMA number.

Please note the following:

  1. Physical, visible damage to a product must be reported no later than 5 days after you have received the product.
  2. Do not return items without an RMA number. Returns that are not correctly registered may be refused.
  3. Always include a copy of the purchase invoice with the shipment.
  4. Business-to-Business (B2B) customers always bear the shipping costs for the return shipment. Consumers receive a reimbursement of up to €7.65 (standard PostNL package, outside the Netherlands the maximum reimbursement is €12.50) if the defect is covered by the warranty. Please send us the proof of shipment with the costs stated.
  5. Warranty claims will not be accepted if the product has been modified or soldered.
  6. In the event that a defect or damage is not covered by the warranty, or if the investigation shows that the product is working properly, we may charge EUR 15.00 to cover the cost of the investigation.

Product-specific information

Raspberry Pi products

Please check the Raspberry Pi troubleshooting forum before submitting a warranty claim. In 98% of the warranty claims we receive, the product is functioning properly and the issue is due to user error.

Adafruit products

Due to the nature of the products supplied by Adafruit, a separate arrangement applies. Before submitting a return request, you must start a topic on the Adafruit support forum for technical support. If Adafruit indicates that the product is eligible for replacement, you can refer to this topic on the return form so that we can proceed with the replacement immediately.
