As a business customer, it is possible to return products within 30 days of receiving the order.
Terms
- Within 30 days of receiving the order, including a copy of the invoice.
- Packaging is unopened/sealed. Only completely new and unused products can be returned.
- The costs of sending products back are for your own account.
- A 10% restocking fee based on the original purchase price of the products is deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Our returns form can be used to request a RMA number.
When is it a business purchase?
If you have provided a company name for the billing address, you will receive an invoice on company name so that VAT can be reclaimed. However, this also means that we regard your order as businesslike, for which the law on distance selling does not apply.
