How long it takes for you to receive your order depends on a number of factors. As a rule, you will receive your order within 1 business day if it is shipped within the Netherlands.

Parcels within the Netherlands

A parcel within the Netherlands you will normally receive within 1 day after it was shipped (including Saturdays). When a sorting error, or congestion occurs at the carrier it can sometimes take longer. But this rarely happens.

Check the tracking information to see if the parcel was delivered somewhere else (service point or neighbors). The carriers only tries to deliver once at your door. If the tracking information is one day without any change, please contact us.

Postal mail within the Netherlands

If you have chosen for postal mail, it usually takes 1-2 days to arrive in your mailbox. In case of a sorting error it can take longer, but generally no longer than a week.

Parcels outside the Netherlands

PostNL parcels to Belgium and Germany generally take 1-3 business days. In some cases it can take longer. Delivery of packages shipped with DHL depends on the country where the parcel is going to. The tracking information from DHL indicates the expected delivery day.

Check the tracking information to see if the package might have been delivered somewhere else (service point or neighbors). If the tracking information is a day without any change, please contact us.

Postal mail outside the Netherlands

Postal mail outside the Netherlands may take a long time to arrive. For Belgium and Germany it usually takes 2-3 business days, for other countries it can be up to 10 business days. In case of sorting errors, it can take even longer. Therefore, for international shipments, we maintain a 'cooling off' period of 30 days before we can take action.
